I believe that being a photographer is a lifelong journey, always fluid, sometimes not quite arriving at the destination I am aiming at.

My style hasn’t stayed in one place or one time. I have an inquisitive nature, developing obsessions that cross over into many different creative categories along the way. Creativity is everything to me.

My photography journey started aged 14 when my parents bought me a Super 8 film camera, which I filmed many family moments, then at 16 watching Live Aid I saw a posse of photographers in front of stage and was blown away that “that” could be career. Being from Grimsby I never thought that would be possible but in early 2000 I decided to study an A level in photography and I wrote to many music webzines and eFestivals gave me an opportunity which I grasped and lead to a late career as a music and festival photographer where I got to photograph many of the worlds  top acts at many of the UK’s biggest festivals and events.

My music photography work is now represented by agencies in London, New York, Los Angeles and Sydney.

Being asked to photograph a wedding is a highly prestigious honour; I always feel fortunate to be asked to be part of your day and I am creatively passionate about capturing your unique celebration.

Creating authentic images that capture the love, emotion and happiness of your special occasion – precious mementoes of magical moments you will cherish for a lifetime.

Providing classic, timeless images, natural and relaxed photographs capturing the personal touches that tell the story of your wedding day.

With imagination, passion, fun creativity whilst observing and capturing those poignant moments while providing clear direction when required.

My portfolio is full of examples of my work, but ultimately your wedding day is uniquely yours, a celebration of the two of you together and I’d be delighted to discuss your plans.
