After shooting Simple Minds it seemed natural that my next shoot would be the Simple Minds influenced The Horrors. I have photographed The Horrors at a number of UK festivals where they always seemed to enjoy rather a lot of back lit strobe lighting, thankfully for this show supporting Florence & The Machine their lighting was fairly sympathetic.

As this was an arena show and most of the shots would be taken with my Pentax DA* 50-135mm 2.8 lens I stuck that on the k-5 to take advantage of the 6 fps whilst the Tamron 17-50mm 2.8 landed on the Samsung GX20, I really like the images on the GX20 with the Tamron they seem to gel together well.
